Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Drivaulta. These terms govern your access to and use of our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Drivaulta, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Drivaulta provides cloud storage, AI productivity tools, task management, habit tracking, health logging, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Features may change over time.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to register.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not upload illegal content, attempt to breach security, or interfere with the Service.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Drivaulta a limited license to store, transmit, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

6. Storage Limits

Each plan has a storage limit. Exceeding your limit may result in restrictions on uploads. We will notify you before taking action. Storage is measured as compressed and deduplicated data.

7. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We may change prices with 30 days' notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drivaulta shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Drivaulta is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
